‘Spirituality’
The Gods always seemed to have the best shoes on their feet. The Goddess NIKE (and Hermes and a few others) favoured something of the winged variety, whilst ancient Greeks had to make do with a simple sandal. Footwear has come a long way since then, the modern trainer probably shares more in common with a car now than a sandal, yet many have become less functional as they’ve evolved. With that in mind I’ve regressed my pair of NIKEs to ancient Greece.
